6. An uninterrupted, unedited 360-degree unboxing video (starting from the original sealed package with the shipping label clearly visible) is MANDATORY to claim any refund for damaged, defective, or missing items. No unboxing video, no refund.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link, after which no cancellation requests will be accepted. To cancel an unshipped order without any cancellation fees, you must email our support team at shishirk0401@gmail.com with your Order ID.
